Vacuum Forming

Colouration's vacuum forming facility takes full advantage of Flaunt Creative's expertise in CAD design. Unlike more traditional and still industry practiced methods of hand crafting tools.  Colouration's in house CNC facility machine cuts each tool.
This increases project turn arround, enables an interim stage of initial design mock up prior to final sign off and production.  The final mould/tool will also have a greater tolerance and finish.

We produce vac forms for packaging through to point of sale, such as counter merchandisers, most recently for Harajuku, Sarah Jessica Parker and Joop!

Colouration are currently working  with a third party company developing an industry first photographic printed vacuum form material which will be officially launched at this years Photokina exhibition in Cologne, Germany from 21st September 2010.
