Tony is MD and founding member of Colouration. Coming from 3 generations of printers his vocation in life was always going to be print. Reluctant to admit it he has enjoyed a lifetime in the business and remembers his early experiences when Letterpress printing was the norm and working in a company with 3-4 week production lead times was regarded as 'fast turnaround' printing. Compared to today's ever demanding need for a fast response 24 hour lead times are now more the norm. Following on from a printing apprenticeship and with the introduction of the 'revolutionary' Lithographic printing process he went on to run a printing business within a global graphics production house for many years which gave him the tools he needed to form the business model Colouration in 2001. Today he enjoys researching ever changing print and graphics technologies and is always on the lookout for the latest advances in visual reproduction techniques, a passion that allows him to invest in the very best 'boys toys for grown ups' A loving father of 2 and a firm believer in 'work hard play hard' his time away from work ranges from sports including martial arts, running and kite surfing as well as a passion for fast cars, great food and the odd tipple!

Dawn is Sales and Marketing Director and one of the founders of Colouration. She has a vast knowledge of point of sale material and the retail environment and loves to make the impossible happen. Dawn still has the same passion and enthusiasm for the brands she works on and seeing them in store as she had in the very beginning, loves everything creative and is always on the lookout for the latest technology to introduce into Colouration. In her spare time, she loves to enjoy the finer things in life, wine, food, cruising, dancing and family life.

Dan is the creative brains behind Colouration Creative, the self-confessed 'Geek' of the group. Known as "Up and Go" Dan has a passion for all things design orientated. He enjoys nothing more than a trip around the local shopping centre checking out retail design and POS, bumping into much of his own work. Graduating from Brunel University in 2009 Dan has a wide range of design, visualisation and CAD skills, enabling him to overlook all creative challenges right through to final production. Dan's favourite day: Spectating at the Tour de France, good weather, friends and cider.

Jeff has been in the sign and display industry since 1989. During that time, his knowledge and experience of the industry has evolved along with the huge technological advances that have taken place since that time. He has become a solution provider for all forms of print and display for agencies and end users from all sectors. During his spare time he is a frustrated Arsenal fan, lover of good beer and wine, and loves nothing more than annoying his kids with terrible jokes!

Tim works in sales covering account management and new business, also due to his many years' experience in exhibitions and events and spending lots of time up ladders and on Scaff towers despite Vertigo, Tim looks after the installation side of Colouration. Preferring to get things done properly he pays attention to the detail and doesn't get flustered quickly. His design background means Tim loves getting involved with the creative aspect of large format graphics and visual merchandising. His favourite day is Sunday where you will find Tim at his Alpha Church in Knightsbridge and then a lovely lunch with friends in South Kensington.

John's remit is both wide and varied encompassing environmental (ISO 14001), FSC, health & safety, procurement, selecting and dealing with outside suppliers and general day to day problem solving. John's background is print based, having attended the London college of printing, and during his working life John has been involved in general print, point of sale, report & accounts and packaging with all the attendant processes and disciplines. Part of his function at Colouration involves the environmentally friendly disposal of waste and chemicals and recycling, which is something John strongly believes in both in his work and home life. John's favourite day would be: Cheltenham champion hurdle, backing the winner with a pint of Guinness!

Sophie's infectious personality certainly feeds onto her customers as she enjoys nothing more than the daily customer interaction and rapport building her role demands in account management. With excellent print knowledge she thrives under pressure to produce results for her clients. Sophie, a French National who is fluent in English and French has been living in the UK for the past 12 years since graduating from Westminster University. Straight after she made her way into the Print industry and has never looked back. Her favourite day would involve Spa treatments followed by an unlimited shopping budget! (and Wagamamas!)

Luke Salmond has been in both large format printing and sales for over the past 5 years and has sales experience working with high end retail customers. Luke enjoys coordinating projects with his clients and reaching the best possible outcome for everyone involved. With a large background in design, materials and installation Luke puts this knowledge to his advantage to create the most effective visuals possible. When he is not working Luke enjoys nothing more than going for a ride on his bike or playing drums with his band.

Jack Stanton is gaining work experience within the Creative team at Colouration for the next 12 months. Next September he will be starting his final year studying Industrial Design and Technology at Brunel University. Jack is full of great ideas and loves to let his imagination run. With his understanding of technology and CAD capabilities he always finds a way to bring his ideas to life. He is the computer geek of the group and loves everything Macintosh, but he also loves to get down the gym and away from the computer screens.Jack's perfect day: Watching the rugby at Twickenham and a few pints with family and friends.

Jason is Operations Manager at Colouration. He has a broad and experienced career in media, and is geeky about efficiency, process and hitting deadlines. This helps (!), as he is responsible for the day to day production operations, service quality and ensuring Colouration's valued clients continue to receive the high level of quality work they are used to seeing. In his spare time, Jason is an avid Harlequins supporter, loves horse racing, is addicted to the gym and loves nothing more than to undo the work at the gym with a few glasses of wine or a Piña Colada. Pam is Company Secretary and one of the founders of Colouration. A businesswoman with a strong background in sales/admin who now looks after accounts, bookkeeping and payroll. Pam has a very active social life, loves interior design, dancing, keeping fit, meeting up with old friends for a meal, drink and a good laugh, and also loves the freedom of caravan holidays and shopping trips to Brighton.

Newly married to her studio manager husband, they live with their bunny rabbits and are blissfully happy. Hobbies include fashion, makeup and being a Tour de France widow. Life is good.

Working within the printing industry for 25 years and making it his mission to always learn whatever he could, David started by completing an apprenticeship in lithographic printing, he then moved on to learn the traditional reprographics side and found something he loved, scanning, colour correction, cameras, final film planning, so much to learn!
Having learnt the traditional skills he was perfectly placed to move on and develop his desktop publishing skills in the then emerging market, the rest is history, he has been learning ever since.
Over the years he has had several hands on management rolls within large Graphics companies mainly heading the Pre-Press studio department and producing quality conscious work for many major brands. The time invested at Colouration to achieve eye popping colour across different printing processes is something very important to David, when your brand stands out from the rest so does ours!

Antony has gained a vast range of experience both technically and creatively during the last fifteen years. He is extremely conscientious and hardworking. Able to spot a misplaced apostrophe or bad kerning at fifty paces, Antony prides himself on his accuracy and attention to detail across all disciplines. He enjoys playing badminton against people older and less fit than him, although such people are becoming more and more difficult to find. Antony cycles to work to reduce his carbon footprint, and it means he gets an extra 10 minutes in bed. Antony's favourite day would involve waking up on Monday and realising it is actually Saturday.

With 10 years' experience at Colouration, Paul is the senior art worker who sees that the output from the printing machines is exactly what is intended. We can all use our colour printers at home to produce impressive results, but our clients demand precision, accuracy and above all consistency. Whether it's a simple letterhead or a complex installation printed on one of a dizzying range of materials, Paul knows how to ensure that the machines get it right. He is the vital link between the designer and the printing machines. Paul grew up in Melbourne and fondly remembers long summer days spent on the beaches of Australia. A perfect day for him is horizontal under warm sunshine with a good book and plenty of beer.

Since 1986 Steve has worked in almost every area of the print industry, seeing work through all processes from sales and the first brief through to the finished article. Now at Colouration he enjoys working swiftly and accurately to meet clients expectations and tight deadlines and takes a great deal of pride in the work he produces. In his spare time Steve likes to spend as much time as possible with his family, and occasionally gets to escape for a couple of drinks whilst watching a game of football, or a spot of motor racing!
