The beauty of vacuum forming is that it can be used for various markets including POS/POP, signage, packaging and component manufacture. The beauty of choosing Colouration's talented team to create these for you is the high quality end product – which is trimmed using our roller press.

Now for the technical stuff… Our vacuum forming facility uses our in-house CAD CAM design facilities, using CNC mould making equipment to produce high quality moulds to a maximum forming size of 660mm x 1370mm with a total depth of 400mm. Our latest formech equipment can process various types of plastic, including Polycarbonate, PETG, HIPS, Acrylic, ABS and many more.

Colouration love curves so we've invested in a machine to make them!

A lot of our clients require organic shapes and curved acrylic or plastic forms for various POS uses so in 2010 we dug deep and invested in new oven moulding technology to cater for the need. Our oven has helped us to mould some real treats – from flowers to beer pump signs, one-offs to several thousand mouldings – by utilising in-house tool making CNC equipment it's a cost effective way of producing unique plastic forms.

As part of our acrylic fabrication facility we offer the option of line bending, an efficient process for creating one or more tight radius bends in more formable sheet plastics. We use this process for creating various POS products and unit wraps to help create that premium aesthetic.

Our production team include professional acrylic fabricators who have experience of producing high-end POS and bespoke acrylic pieces, utilising all of our in house latest technology and equipment to produce almost anything made from acrylic and other plastics.
