Laser Cutting
Looking to get an intricate design cut perfectly onto a material and don't know where to start? Here's where we can help.
Part of our acrylic fabrication facility is laser cutting technology – a very efficient process for cutting many plastics, woods, papers and fabrics into intricate and detailed shapes. With no tools and a fully automated process, parts produced are identical and the finish cut shows no machine marks or burrs.
Laser cutting can be used to cut, engrave or etch onto various types of materials – all we need is a sketch or digital outline file and you're on your way!
Digital Flatbed Cutting
Need a full-sized human cut out, some metal bugs, plastic flowers or just simple cardboard boxes? Our Digital Zund Flatbed cutting system is the machine for the job.
The system allows for larger shapes to be cut, using various cutting heads from static knives, oscillating knives, creasers or router drills.
This procedure can be coupled with direct to media printing facility, to print and cut various products, the Zund Flatbed utilises camera recognition to enable accurate and precise cutting plans around printed or plain material shapes.
The technology can be used to create unique POS/POP material, signage, packaging and components. Having used this technology for over 6 years – we know it works!
CNC Machining
A combination of man and machine… Our in-house CNC facilities work parallel with our creative design team, enabling the same file used to create all design visuals to then be machined into a prototype, tool or mould. This means you get exactly what you expect.
Our three-axis CNC machine is primarily used within our Vacuum forming process to produce high quality smooth moulds.
